Join best selling wine and cookbook authors MIKE DeSIMONE andJEFF JENSSEN, also known as The World Wine Guys, as they take us on a culinary tour of Spain. You will learn how to make easy tapas and delicious beachside paella, and how to perfectly pair these traditional dishes with wines from the two countries these wine experts call home, Spain and America. There will be a fun and friendly competition between wines from Rias Baixas and Rioja and those from Napa and Sonoma. You will be able to compare, contrast, and choose your favorite pairing.
